I have found a really tasty and healthy lunch option – this tuna salad is so delicious! It’s made of just 4 simple ingredients: 2 cans of canned albacore tuna (in WATER), 1 avocado, 1 tbsp lemonaise and the juice of 1 lime. For a little extra crunch and flavor, I sometimes add a chopped dill pickle as well. You simply mix all of these ingredients and you can eat them alone or with crackers, bread or pita chips! I love to make this recipe at the beginning of the week and eat it over the coming days for lunch or for a midday snack š
