First Day in Napa Valley.

I’m back! In case you guys didn’t catch it, G and I spent the last week in San Francisco and Napa Valley. G had to head that way for business for a couple of days and I was fortunate enough to be able to meet him out west for a fun-filled adventure – I even got to spend some time with my cousin who attends San Francisco State 🙂 The first chance I got, I picked her up and we headed to Domaine Carneros – a vineyard in Napa best known for its production of champagne. We spent the afternoon catching up, sipping bubbly, snacking on cheese and taking pictures in the drizzling rain.

What I wore.

The weather in Napa was cold and wet, so I decided to throw on something easy. This felt hat was a lifesaver during this trip. I actually purchased it in town after I arrived when I saw just how dreary the weather was going to be. I’m falling back in love with hats – a practical and chic addition to just about any look! I also wore this puffy sleeve gingham top, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but I ended up loving it! I also wore a pair of really comfortable, stretchy black pants that are actually meant for workwear! Finally, I finished with my favorite pair of black riding boots.
