it feels like you’re at home.
During our recent trip to California, we stayed in Napa Valley for two of the four nights we were out west. While there, we stayed at a boutique hotel by Lark Hotels called the White House Inn. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who showed us around the property, handed us our keys and then we were sent off to the dining room for wine hour while he carried all of our bags up the stairs for us. The most wonderful sense of hospitality swallowed us whole as soon as we arrived and it truly made for an amazing stay.
The Inn itself is gorgeous, with three stories of beautifully designed rooms, thoughtful details, welcoming porches, peaceful corners, friendly faces and a take-what-you’d-like small plate breakfast buffet in the morning. It felt like we were staying at home when we ventured downstairs at night for ice in our pajamas and bare feet.
I can say without a doubt that there’s no place I would have rather stayed during our time in Napa!
