But THE MUDROOM IS FINISHED!🙌🏻 Well, the walls still need paint and it could use a rug but… minor details😉 I’ll tell you what, for such a small space it’s AMAZING the difference this area makes in keeping our household tidy (and my brain from exploding😜) Shoes, backpacks, purses, jackets, keys, sunglasses, chapsticks, playground sand/mulch - and the list goes on - it all stays in this room and it’s GLORIOUS.

Still a few changes to be made - maybe a gallery wall above the dresser? And a different lamp to contrast against the white… BUT it’s come so far in the past couple weeks and feels like such a warm, inviting retreat for the first time since we moved in… EIGHT months ago (peep the CHAOS in the last slide🫣😭)

Cloffice reveal✨

We lucked out with this one. This closet/office gave us a dedicated space for G to work and gave us back a room for guests- all while adding what we know will be increased resale value with more closet space for the primary suite. I’m not sure why the bedroom adjacent to ours had TWO closets (there’s a walk-in closet besides this one), but I’m glad it did! Would you ever make a closet into an office??

My favorite thing about having this room set up off the kitchen is that when we’re prepping for parties and hosting, all the unsightly gizmos, gadgets, wrappers, food prep dishes, containers, etc. can live in here out of sight and out of the way. We built it kind of out of necessity but the aspect of hidden mess is definitely a perk I’m grateful for!🥰
