*Disclaimer: I am not a licensed design professional, so commercial clients are off the table. However, I have worked with dozens of residential clients and would love to help you with your next home project!

*All pricing is per room/space. A deposit for half project fee is required at the time of booking. A 10% discount is offered when booking for multiple rooms or spaces. Discount is applied when paying final invoice.

Meet the Designer.

I’m Amanda and I whole-heartedly believe in the power of home. From an early age when my parents built my childhood home, I took to designing, furniture placement, decorating and building. The smell of the lumber section in Home Depot brings me to my happy place.

I have extensive knowledge in building techniques and renovation (I DIY every day) and I take extreme pride in the opportunity to help my clients make their house into a home they love stepping into.. one room at a time.

Whether you’re taking on a full renovation, planning a new nursery or simply need help decorating some open shelves, I’d consider it an honor to help!

Personal Design Call: $400

50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

This package aims for a 3-5 business day duration.

Up to 1 hour video call
Answer any and all design/DIY questions to the best of my ability
Paint suggestions
Follow-up design packet based on content of call (helps with organization and next steps)
Product shopping links when necessary

Good for those looking for a fast turnaround, are on a time crunch and/or are feeling stuck with a single element in a room.

E-Design Package: $550

50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

This package aims for a 7-10 business day duration.

30 minute project discovery call (or email exchange if preferred).
Furniture and decor suggestions
Room layout
Paint color(s) suggestions
Opportunity for design feedback
1 Revision round
Final design board
Product shopping list with links
Project packet containing suggestions and guidance for implementing your design plan

Good for long distance and local clients looking to implement their design project on their own.

In-Person Design/Decorating: $1000

50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

This package is meant for in-person clients local to the Tallahassee area. Booking price is for 50% of total cost. Remaining balance will be invoiced with final project packet. Price includes 4 week retainer, which begins on the day of discovery call. Additional time can be purchased in two-week increments at $300 each.

Location must be within a 10 mi radius of 32309.

30 minute project discovery call (or email exchange if preferred). Design board packet containing:
Furniture and decor suggestions
Room layout
Paint color(s) suggestions
Opportunity for design feedback/ 1 Revision round
Final design board
Product shopping list with links
2 hour decorating session once shopping and deliveries have been completed.

Good for those looking for hands-on help with both the design and implementation without the need for help with contractors or tradesmen.

BOOK in-person decorating

Full-Scale Design Package: $2500

50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

This package is meant for in-person clients local to the Tallahassee area. Duration of retainer includes eight weeks starting on the date of discovery call. Additional time can be purchased in two-week increments at $300 each.
