As I’ve been doing research on affordable fall fashion, pieces from Forever 21 keep jumping out at me – so I decided to make an order and share it with you guys! Now, I know.. Forever 21 used to be the place I shopped at in college for a cheap outfit to go out in over the weekend, but I think they’ve really stepped up their game over the past couple of years! Like any retailer, there exists a full spectrum of styling pieces I’d consider great quality – and then some that are.. well.. not so much. But I really liked everything I’m sharing with you today. Let’s get started. Tops I have to admit, this leopard print tank top is a little bit out of my comfort zone. It’s cut just short enough to show a little midriff even with high waisted jeans, but I do really like…

Happy Friday! Today’s try-on comes to you from one of my favorite online stores: ASOS. I’ve been ordering from ASOS for years now and I’m always impressed with the affordable selection and range of sizes. If you’re not familiar, this store stocks Petite, Tall, Plus and Maternity sizes in many of their collections and returns are never a hassle. Your order will come with a reusable bag and preprinted label so all you have to do is drop it off at UPS! Also, if you know you’re going to order from them a few times, you can purchase VIP 2-day shipping for a year for less than $20! One thing to note is that their sizing is European-based (like H&M), so it’s slightly different than other places. However, they have a handy true-fit tool on their website (plus size charts) that makes it easy to find the best fit virtually!…

When I asked you guys a few weeks ago what you’d like to see more of moving forward, Amazon fashion was high up on the list! Ask and you shall receive, my friends. I’m so glad you like these particular style posts because clothes on Amazon are only getting better. I know it’s not quite Fall yet, but cooler weather will be here before you know it and I consider this part of summer the sweet spot for stocking up on cool weather style. Fall fashion isn’t quite ‘in season’ yet, which means prices haven’t been bumped up yet! That may be why the Dolce Vita booties I’m featuring in this post are less than $40! Alright, let’s talk about these pieces. I put together a quick video as an introduction: https://youtu.be/kcNr2n-JgHs See anything you liked? 😉 For reference, I ordered all my normal sizes, except I sized down for…

This time of year has the potential to be really heavy on your wallet. With the holidays coming up and the temperatures dropping outside, there can be a lot of new things to buy. However, if you go into it looking to build your fall wardrobe upon staple pieces you can wear year after year – then you can feel good about investing in the pieces you love. This time two years ago (I was REALLY pregnant last year so my wardrobe essentials looked a little different), I started investing in my Fall essentials and this year I really started to reap the benefits. When it came to shopping for upcoming cold weather, I really only needed a couple things to round out my closet and then had room left in my budget to add a few pieces to freshen things up. So I wanted to share my fall wardrobe…
