Well, my friends, my sofa dreams have officially come true. I have been on the hunt for a durable, comfy, easy-to-clean and PRETTY sofa to upgrade our couch to for years now and I finally found the perfect chaise sectional at Castlery!

The perfect sofa.

When I started my hunt for the perfect new sofa, I knew I wanted a chaise sectional. It’s the best shape for our long, narrow living room because it can sit on the room’s one windowless wall and allow for different viewing angles of the TV without making the room feel closed off like it would with an L or U-shaped sectional. Leaving an unobstructed view of the living room is not only pleasing to the eye and functional in terms of design, but it also allows me to keep an eye on the kiddos from the kitchen as they play on the floor and at the coffee table.

As far as aesthetics go, I wanted it to be clean and neutral but also cozy and inviting. Also, with pets and kids in the house, I knew we couldn’t have a sofa without removable covers.

Well, as you may have guessed, I found my laundry list of wants and needs in the beautiful Owen Chaise Sectional.

When this sofa arrived, I was really impressed with how durable it felt and how easy it was to put together. It has three seat cushions and boasts five support cushions – all of which are removable with removable covers. The Owen even comes with two additional square pillows for added comfort and appeal.

In terms of firmness, I would describe the Owen Chaise Sectional’s cushions as being soft but supportive. It gives that cloud-like feel without making you feel like you’re sinking in too far. To me, it’s the absolute perfect composition for lounging comfortably!

The Owen even has a beautiful wooden frame and wood legs, which come in either a natural or walnut color – perfect for customizing your sofa to your home’s unique look and feel. I opted for the natural color which is so beautiful in person. 

If you can’t tell, we are so in love with this new sofa and the way it fits in with the rest of our home. All four of us fit comfortably on it at once, so its the perfect place to cuddle up and soak in some family time!
